  • How often should I be cold plunging?

    It all depends on your body. The best starting point is once a week on your rest and recovery day, the more intermediate plunger will visit 3-4 times a week, and your pro plungers cant go a day without plunging!

  • What should I bring with me?

    All you need is clothes to get wet in! I provide towels, flip flops, & plastic to go baggies for your wet clothes. There is lockers and shelves for your personal belongings, a shoe rack for your sneakers, bag hooks for book bags, and even a charging station!

  • What is included with my day pass?

    Your day pass includes access for the day to enjoy all of the amenities. Cold plunge, Sauna, red light room, showers, movement area, iron neck, water and complimentary coffee bar.

  • Will I be guided through my sessions?

    It all depends on your preference. I will gladly guide you through each station with helpful breathing techniques, insightful knowledge of the benefits, and prayer if you need it.

  • In what order do I go in during my session?

    I don’t believe there is a right or wrong order to go in! Personally I like to go in this order… 1. Sauna 15 mins 2. Rinse, Cold plunge 3.30 mins 3. Sauna 15 mins 4. Rinse, Cold plunge 3.30 mins 5. red light room 10 mins 6. Stretch and roll out in movement area 7. Shower & Enjoy my rest day!

  • How do I rent the space, how much is it & what is included?

    Renting the space is very easy! Price depends on how big the event will be. How many hours? How many people will be attending? Would you like food included? Would you like a hit workout class for your event? Would you like help setting up and clean up service after? Contact me directly to determine the best options for your wellness event!
